The Ghost Busters fue una serie de televisión infantil de acción en vivo que se emitió en 1975, sobre un equipo de detectives torpes que investigarían sucesos fantasmales. Solo se crearon 15 episodios. Esta serie reunió a Forrest Tucker y Larry Storch en papeles similares a sus personajes en F Troop. Tucker interpretó a Jake Kong, y Storch interpretó a Eddie Spencer. El tercer miembro del trío era Tracy el gorila, interpretado por el actor Bob Burns. La serie no estaba relacionada con la película de 1984 Cazafantasmas.
