Quelli che uccidono è una serie televisiva danese del 2011, che segue un'unità fittizia all'interno della polizia di Copenaghen specializzata in indagini su omicidi seriali. La serie è stata trasmessa in cinque storie in due parti in Danimarca, ma è stata trasmessa in cinque episodi di lungometraggio nella maggior parte degli altri paesi. Un lungometraggio separato di 92 minuti, Fortidens skygge, che costituisce la continuazione e la conclusione della serie, è stato presentato in anteprima nei cinema danesi il 15 marzo 2012 e viene trasmesso come ultimo, sesto episodio della serie in molti altri paesi, come il Regno Unito e Germania. La serie è stata creata e scritta da Elsebeth Egholm e Stefan Jaworski, con vari altri sceneggiatori che hanno aiutato come sceneggiatori di episodi, tra cui Siv Rajendram, Rikke De Fine Licht e Morten Dragsted. I registi sono stati Birger Larsen, Niels Nørløv e Kasper Barfoed. La serie è una coproduzione danese-tedesca-svedese-norvegese.

The killer is a total psychopath, who plans his killings in minute detail and is not afraid to play cat and mouse with the police. Meanwhile, Katrine meets a charming man who seems to be the perfect partner for her – were it not for the fact that he is married. The relationship swiftly becomes much more serious than she has anticipated, but the man in question proves to be harboring far more secrets than she could possibly have imagined...
